Yes — cancel any plan from your account in two clicks, no email required. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're within the first 7 days of a paid plan and haven't used the service heavily, reach out and we'll refund. After that, cancellations stop billing for the next cycle but don't refund the current one.
What's the difference between Free and paid?
Free gives you 5 campaign views per week and limited search. Starter unlocks unlimited browsing, full search, downloads, playlists and your creative profile. Professional adds the creative tools — Brainstorm Cards, Jackpot and Be the Jury — plus a verified badge.
Should I pick Starter or Professional?
If you mostly research and download references, Starter is enough. If you also want creative tools to ideate (Brainstorm Cards), kick off mornings (Jackpot) and sharpen your taste (Be the Jury), Professional pays back the difference fast.
Is there a discount for students?
The Free plan is built with students and learners in mind. For paid tiers, the yearly billing already gives a significant discount. If you teach a class or run a course, contact us about institutional access.
Why does pricing differ by country?
We adjust pricing for purchasing power so creatives in different regions get fair access. Your region is detected automatically from your IP — but if it's wrong, write to us and we'll fix it on your account.
I'm in a team — should I get an agency plan instead?
